Edgar Hirsch III, Esq. is the Managing Partner of the law firm Hirsch, Britt & Mosé (“HBM”), a litigation firm specializing in commercial and personal injury matters. A boutique law firm, HBM handles all matters from inception to the appellate process. They work throughout the Metropolitan Area.

Selinger Enterprises began working in 2006 with Hirsch, Britt & Mosé and performed the following service:

• Lease Negotiation and Renewal, 2007

Edgar and his partners had been in their present building for the past five years. Although their first choice was to renew, they also wanted to explore the market. This fit perfectly with my strategy of finding and creating options. Once we created a short list of buildings and negotiated deals, we were in a position of strength to negotiate with HBM’s present landlord. Initially, the landlord was difficult and tried to force HBM out of the building to accommodate a larger tenant. Through persistent negotiations, I successfully received all of the business terms HBM wanted, including lowering of the rent, free rent and new work. I even renegotiated the original lease so that more protections were in place for HBM
