Nathiel Egosi

Nathiel Egosi is the president and owner of RRT Design & Construction, an engineering
and construction company that designs and builds recycling facilities and industrial plants throughout the United States, South America, Canada and Europe.
Selinger Enterprises. Inc. has worked with RRT since 1995 and performed the following services:
- Office Relocation, 1995
- Office Expansion and Renewal, 2000
- Renewal and Relocation Within the Building, 2005
Nathiel and I have developed a very successful working relationship over the past ten-plus years. Our most recent transaction began in 2004; as his lease was approaching expiration. He needed an entirely new office layout and was having many problems with his present building. Furthermore, the agent representing his landlord was uncooperative in meeting Nat’s requests. I suggested creating options by researching the market and negotiating on other properties. We found buildings and negotiated deals which became reasonable alternatives to Nat’s
present building. We were then in a position of strength to create leverage. Upon doing so, all of Nat’s demands were met and he moved into better space at better terms within his building.
