Anthony T. Mazzei, Sr.

Anthony Mazzei is the president of the National Financial Network (“NFN”) a general agency for Guardian Life Insurance. NFN is a full-service financial firm with offices in Manhattan and Long Island. NFN has 120 employees and specializes in the accumulation, conservation and preservation of wealth.

Selinger Enterprises began working with NFN in 2003 and performed the following service:

Anthony Mazzei had bought an existing company on Long Island. Unfortunately the size of the office and the quality of the building were not up to Anthony’s high standards. Since Anthony was from Pennsylvania and New York City, he was unfamiliar with Long Island. I endeavored to educate Anthony to Long Island, its main thoroughfares and commercial hubs. Once we selected a target area, we chose three possible sites and negotiated each to their bottom line. Unfortunately, each of those deals had an irresolvable issue. I then went back to the beginning and re-examined every building in our target area. Fortunately, during the time that we were negotiating on the other buildings, space became available in a building that previously had none.

The space was ideal and in a building that was perfectly suited to Anthony’s needs.
