Selinger Enterprises is a member of the International Tenant Representative Alliance, “ITRA”. We can call upon ITRA affiliates for their wide variety of services and to fulfill our clients’ real estate requirements in other geographic markets – regionally, nationally and globally.
We serve companies of all sizes, from 1,000 to 100,000 square feet. Our clients come from a wide range of professional fields – law, accounting and insurance firms, software developers, advertising agencies, financial and engineering companies and others. They vary from start-ups with a handful of employees to larger firms with staffs of 100 or more.
Small or large, our clients enjoy our hands-on approach that is always focused on their best interests.
Unlike most full service real estate firms, whose brokers represent both tenants and landlords, we only represent corporate tenants and buyers. There is never a conflict of interest as we work exclusively for you.
